Membership

Running is one of the best sports to improve your fitness. You can run just about anywhere with minimal equipment. All you need is a good pair of running shoes and the motivation to get going.
Running by yourself can soon become boring.

PLEASE NOTE:
No Club Member will be allowed to run the Om Die Dam main race on race day.
Each Member MUST be available to work on race day.
There will be a workers race for all Members.

Couple – 2 people living at the same address and joining at the same time

Junior – person under the age of 19 on the 31st December 2025
